Another Way Is Possible

I’ve been working on my own now for nearly two years, and it feels a bit like gamekeeper turned poacher.

What I mean is that people are really talking to me now. Clients, professionals, business owners, philanthropists, or “just people”. I love it when that happens because it gets me thinking about all sorts of things, and it gives me ideas. Some are more mainstream than others and some are definitely better formed than others!

Over time, I’ve wanted to create somewhere to capture those thoughts and see whether they resonate with other people. It may turn out to be a bit of a vanity project, but I’d love it if sometimes they sparked a discussion.

So Another Way Is Possible is where I explore some of the ideas sitting behind my work: how we define success, how organisations treat people, how wealth is used, how professional advice might evolve, what leadership could look like in a changing world, and how much of what we accept as normal is simply something we inherited.

Some of it is practical. Some of it is philosophical. Some of it may wander into territory that is a little more energetic, intuitive or spiritual.

The point is not that I have the answers. It is that I think it is worth being curious about the possibilities.
